Welcome to follow up the learning process of Mondragon Team Academy family!
Since autumn 2010 we (MTA) consists of 77 teampreneurs in Irun and Oñati and a coaches team. This blog is created to make the learning process visible. As we are moving in many different places physically: Irun, Oñati, Jyväskylä (Finland) and Silicon Valley (California), it is important to have an online platform in order to share the learning insights and conversation about the hot topics, or “perunas” as we are used to call them.
